The Blending Cylinder Is Made Of Two Conical, Sheet Steel Halves Which Are
Bolted Together And Form A Sturdy Blending Cylinder Attachment At The Cylinder Bottom With A Ball-bearing Turntable In Conjunction With The Cylinder Frame Structure.
Inside The Blender There Are Spiral Blending And Conveyance Blades As Well
As Deflecting Blades Acting Opposite To Cylinder Tilt. The Material To Be Blended Is Conveyed Continuously Into The Rear Cylinder Area By The Spiral Blending And Conveying Blades, And Is Additionally Mixed By The Rotation Of The Cylinder. Two Diverting Blades Mounted Opposite To The Cylinder Tilt, Return The Blended Material To The Front Area Of The Cylinder. During These Processes, The Material Mainly Moves By Force Of Gravity And So Is Not Subjected To Mechanical Forces.
The Cylinder Is Equipped With A Filling Manifold At The Front And A Discharge
Chute For Filling And Emptying.
On The Cylinder Bottom And Top There Are Radial Seals Fitted To Provide The
Bearing With Effective Protection Against Dust To Extract Dust A Screen Basket Is Located At The Centre Of The Cylinder Which Can Be Easily Removed For Cleaning Purposes.
The Tea Blender Is Driven By An Adjustable Gear Motor Via A Plastic Gear
Wheel Transmitting Power To The Ball-bearing Turntable. For Maintenance And Cleaning Purposes The Inside Of The Cylinder Is Assessable From The Bottom.
All The Functions For Operating The Blender Are Controlled Centrally Via A
