AMT PostPro 3D Printer, 2020

The PostPro3D® machine offers a controllable surface finish which brings surface roughness (Ra
values) of 3D printed polymer parts down to 0.3 μm without the loss of detail and definition. In
addition, the smoothing process naturally seals the pores on the surface of the 3D printed part, which
significantly enhances the water-protective properties of the material.

The machine has been successfully tested with a range of polymers including Polyamide (PA)-12, PA-
11, PA-6, Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), ULTEM 9085, TPE-210 elastomer materials, Polymethyl

Methacrylate (PMMA) Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and many more. It is capable of processing
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), Laser Sintered (LS), High Speed Sintered (HSS) and FDM 3D printed parts to
the desired surface roughness using smart algorithms and the proprietary BLAST process.

High Throughput: The system can handle high-volume production with a fully automated process.

Two Chamber Sizes: Available in 50-liter (SF50) and 100-liter (SF100) processing chambers, allowing flexibility depending on production needs.
