Equipment Description: Acromix (ERMC) batch plant (2008): 1 yard paddle mixer (25 hp) end wall scrapers with Ni-Hard mixer liner plates, power discharge door, with mixer stand, 4 cu. ft. cement batcher with bucket elevator and traveling weigh scale conveyor fed from 3 aggregate bins (2 bins at 195 cu. ft. capacity, bin 3 capacity is 230 cu. ft). 350 bbl 12′ diameter (stubby) cement silo with low level switch, ERMC dust control, with a 6″ dia screw conveyor. Batch plant has automatic water dispenser and outfitted with 5 additional “on-demand” hot water heaters. Additionally, the batching system has an automated admixture delivery system with 3 admixtures complete with controls. Batch ticket printing capabilities. Surge protector on control panel will need to be replaced. Installed/operated/stored indoors. Taken out of service fall of 2022
