Okuma designs its own OSP controls, drives and motors as well as the machines they run: Genos and LB-series lathes, MB-series machining centers, Multus multitasking machines and large double-column mills. That vertical integration is why Okuma machines are prized for accuracy over long production runs.

Okuma lots at our auctions tend to be production lathes and machining centers from closing shops, with the OSP control version, year and tooling noted on each lot. Photos and lot details are on the bidding site, and the machines can be inspected by appointment before bidding closes.
