This Field Research Experimental Depositor (FRED) is designed to form confectionery pieces from a cooked syrup for
research, product development and small batch purposes.

The FRED is constructed in a mild steel framework and is supported by castors so that it can be easily maneuvered.

The pumps operate submerged in the hopper of cooked syrup and during the deposit cycle a volumetric amount of product
is deposited into a mould cavity.
