Closed Local Loop Biodiesel Production System

This system consists of four R475 automated biodiesel reactors, each featuring a 125-gallon capacity.

These units are designed to perform a two-step process—esterification followed by transesterification—while efficiently removing glycerol and transferring the biodiesel for downstream cleaning.

The system is rated for a production capacity of 1,000 gallons per day, which can be increased to 2,000 gallons with a double shift.

Additionally, the setup includes two buffer tanks: one dedicated to holding and heating used cooking oil before processing, and another for holding raw reacted biodiesel from the R475 units.
