Production rate of up to 100 bags per minute. Package size range from 2 1/8โ wide and 3โ in length to 8-16โ wide and 8-28โ long, depending on frame size. The vertical bag seals are made when the film is moving, and horizontal seals are applied when the film stops. The Ultima intermittent motion VFFS machines can meet your exact specifications for bag styles, printing, and packaging options. The Ultimaโs servo driven system features an off-the-shelf Allen-Bradley operator interface with an Allen-Bradley control system. Sealing systems for laminate and polyethylene packaging materials can be customized to meet your application requirements.
