Heating Oil jacket has a vent to the atmosphere; holds NO pressure.
14 gallons – 15 gallons of heating oil is recommended. Heating oil level visible through glass sigh glass
Include one 5KW Screw-Plug Immersion heater with an adjustable thermostat. 208v, 3phase. CSA Certified; UL 574; UL Recognized Component. Heaters with an adjustable thermostat automatically turn on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the dial. Estimated 2 hr to boil for the full volume of 30-gallon water.
Include temperature gauge threaded in sanitary thermowell ( No direct contact with the product in the vessel. )
The vessel interior holds NO pressure.

1.5″ tri-clamp outlet with sanitary butterfly valve.
Top 2 x 1.5″ tri-clamp port.
Top spring-loaded hinged lid, with a locking mechanism in vertical holding position.
The tank inner side is electropolished to 0.8µm( RA32 uin, #4 food-grade finish) sanitary finish.
1 HP stainless Lesson motor, 5:1 speed reduction gearbox.
110v input, integrated Variable frequency speed control, 0 -350 RPM adjustable.
