Equipment Overview:
This integrated high-speed variety pack line was built by industry leaders Douglas Machine Inc. and Integrated Packaging Machinery for Talking Rain’s beverage operations. Centered around the SPS-60 shrink packer and three-head servo unloader, the system includes full upstream and downstream automation—custom conveyors, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling. With remote access, UL panels, and recipe-driven pack changes, it is purpose-built for multi-format beverage distribution.
