The ECONOSEAL SPARTAN Cartoner is a fully automatic, low-cost horizontal cartoner for end-loaded style cartoning. The machine automatically feeds and opens
a sleeve style carton into a single product loading station, where the product is automatically or manually loaded into the carton. The loaded carton is fed into the
closing section in which both ends are closed.

The ECONOSEAL SPARTAN Cartoner is an automatic, intermittent motion, horizontal machine designed for
reliable performance on a constantly demanding, moderate speed production line.

A 3/4 horsepower motor with a clutch/brake and gearbox arrangement provides
indexing accuracy and simplified electrical circuitry. The vacuum arm and minor dust
flap tucker operations are provided by a low maintenance, pneumatic system.

The ECONOSEAL SPARTAN Cartoner produces professionally sealed cartons for a
wide variety of products, and can easily be changed over to accommodate a range of
carton sizes.
