Equipment Overview
The FDA Flexwrap Right Angle is a modern, servo-assisted horizontal form-fill-seal packaging machine producing pillow packs with a cross seal at both ends and a single fin seam down the back/top. This model is designed for automatic loading from upstream pouring or feeding equipment and is capable of high-speed, consistent packaging for products requiring sealed flexible film. It supports a wide variety of film materials and offers fine-tuned controls for pack length, sealing temperature, and product positioning.

The machine is enclosed with full interlocked safety guarding and fitted with a clear operator control panel including emergency stop, start/stop, timed stop, mode selector, and temperature controls. Pneumatic and electrical systems are easily accessible for maintenance, and the machine features daily/weekly maintenance points as per the OEM manual.
