– Previous use was for 16 and 24 oz bullet/round bottles with 38mm ROPP caps, running at 60 bottles per minute

– Line orientation: left to right
– Servo Timing Screw Indexing
– Machine designed to place and form metal caps on 2 container sizes with 1 cap
– 3 ROPP capping heads, manufactured In 304 stainless steel and hardened forming discs.
– Bottle will strip cap from chute, and container will be indexed via timing screw under ROPP head for threading
– Automatic start and stop with presence or absence of containers.
– Jamming clutches with electric signal for shutdown on product Jamming (This prevents major damage to parts and minimizes possible spills).
– (3) ROPP Capping Heads, with with independent motors
– Heavy duty 304 Stainless steel welded frame.
– Stainless steel enclosure with polycarbonate windows and safety switches.
– Complete height adjustment with bottle setting guide for quick changeovers.
– Tool less Height Adjustment

Cap chute features:
– All contact parts in stainless steel.
– Includes cap demand sensor to start and stop the cap feeder
– Allen Bradley PLC & Allen Bradley HMI in a Nema 12 Enclosure

Electric and pneumatic requirements:
– 220 Volts, 60Hz, 10 Amps.
– 5 CFM @ 80psi
