– Basket Inserter picks 4×6 packs and inserts the baskets into a 4×6 RSC
style top load case. Gripper motion all mechanical, using heavy duty components.

– Basket erector top speed, 6 pack: 100 baskets per minute

– Direct Load Magazine: Complete shipping cases can be loaded into the magazine in
one easy motion. Magazine capacity (each) approximately 250-300 baskets
– Self-Balancing Basket Conveyor: Continuously monitors basket lanes for equal basket accumulation.
– Case Handling Flap Control: Basket inserter case handling fixture includes flap
management system which combines 4 flap opening, corner covering and basket
funnel guide.
– Basket Erector features 3-step pneumatic based intermittent design: Basket pick, basket
transfer and basket open/lock.
– Equipment features integrated electrical control panel. Operator control via HMI. All
electrical control components (PLC, HMI and motor VFD’s) Allen Bradley.
– Equipment includes three (3) sliding style access doors. All doors covered by dual channel safety rated door switches and safety control circuit.
– Machine equipped with fully integrated, stand-alone control system, allowing fully
automated production of baskets, and insertion of baskets into cases. Machine includes outfeed accumulation sensor.
– Machine includes by-pass function for operation as “By-Pass Conveyors” for non-basket production (Basket Erector idle and out of production, inserter parked in home position, and case conveyor running).
