SMI WP 600 Ergon Wrap-Around Case Packer for Corrugated Cardboard Boxes with SMI DV 500 S Ergon Multilane Product Divider, 2020:

Currently packing brick boxes of broth at 30 – 60 ppm depending on configuration

Presently set up for a 15” long x 7 ½” wide x 8 ½” tall case

The containers to be packed shall have the following features:
– Diameter between min. 48 mm and max. 128 mm
– Height between min. 70 mm and max. 400 mm

Cardboard blank specifications:
– Low wave corrugated cardboard blanks: 3 mm thickness.
– Outside cover in test paper from 150 up to 180 g/m2.
– Inside cover in test paper from 120 to 140 g/m2.
– Central waviness in medium paper from 130 to 150 g/m2.

Glue specifications:
– Adhesive type: hotmelt.
– Viscosity at 170°C: 900 – 1100 mPas.
– Glue sticking time: short.
– Open time: medium.
– Working temperature: 150 -190 °C.
