CIMARON EXPANDABLE SINGLE-LANE CAN FILL/SEAM SYSTEM
The Cimarron canner is an American-made fully-automated can fill & patent-pending seam system that can be operated by 1 person to achieve 50-60 cans/minute throughput with future expandability, while in a highly compact footprint.

System Description
Cimarron Expandable Canning System includes:
– (1) 5-head can CO2 pre-purge station
– (1) 5-head can fill station that includes automated brite tank pressure controller to regulate the pressure of the beverage for
repeatable timer-based filling on all fill heads and Balanced pre-fill manifold with no isolated high areas that can trap gasses
– Automated lid dispenser
– (2) lid sleeves (each capable of holding a sleeve of can ends)
– (1) generation 2 Patent-Pending industrial seamer station with one servo can loader
– VFD-controlled washdown conveyor

SEMI-AUTO DEPALLETIZER, HALF HEIGHT, 120V

A half-height pallet semi-automated depalletizer. A person will need to pull a layer of cans off the pallet and onto the depalletizer, raise the depal shelf, then the system takes over at that point to automatically feed the cans.

The semi-automated depalletizer consists of:
– A shelf the size of a pallet at the height of the top of a pallet of cans
– A 2-D funnel that merges the cans into single file
– A vibrator that ensures the cans don’t lock into place
– The framework to support this system
– An attachment and support point to the start of the twist rinse or feed chute
Customer will need to supply a lift that can raise the bottom of a pallet at least 6 feet in the air.

VIDEOJET PRINTER ASSEMBLY FOR MOBILE TWIST RINSE

CIMARRON CAN WEIGH CHECKER ASSY., V1.2 Weigh/reject/Auto-Adjust Fill Feature: A post-seam weigh module that will compare the weight of each can to a customer-specified minimum weight and will reject those underweight. The operator also will have an option to allow the system to self-adjust to dial in the fill weight to get to a customer-specified ideal can weight. Rejects will not go through a rinse/dry module.

CIMARRON RINSE/DRY TUNNEL, V1.2: An air compressor-fed Rinse/Dry Module is quoted where an air compressor provides the air needed to dry the cans. Full seamed cans will feed through the module tunnel, get rinsed with water then blown “dry”. Some moisture will always be present on the final cans, but the Rinse/Dry Module will remove the product residue and most of the remaining rinse water moisture.
