How It Works
Below is the information needed to begin the selling process. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about the below requirements.
We must make an initial assessment of the machine. We need the following information to be able to give you the best quote possible.
Equipment Type (single or twin screw)
Barrel Length / Segments
Vented or Non-Vented Barrel
Depending on the type of used extrusion machine you’re selling, we may need additional details including: whether the barrel is electrically heated water or air cooled, control panel details, motor drive controller (DC or AC), prior use and more.
Contact us for the exact requirements of the used plastic extruder machine you wish to sell.
We need to know what your floor requirements are. Can you keep this machine on your floor until it is sold? Or do you need the machine off the floor immediately? It is very expensive to move machines, so we can save you a lot of money if we keep the machine with you until we can find a buyer who will move the machine themselves. There is also the option of consignment arrangements.
Plastic extruders are one of many pieces of process equipment that fall under the plastics equipment category. The main types of plastic extruders are single screw extruders and twin screw extruders, either co-rotating or counter rotating. Common plastic materials used in the extrusion process include PVC, PE, ABS, Nylon, and Polycarbonate. There are several different types of plastic extrusion that result in plastic products like films and tubing.
