The Conveyor oven is designed to operate at 200°C maximum temperature and includes the following special features:

4.5” thick insulated walls, ceiling and floor

· CRS exterior painted machine Blue

· Aluminized interior

· Conveyor, 42”w x1x1 heavy duty flatwire with steel support bed 2,000 lb load

· AB PLC with HMI monitoring all devices with communications

· Watlow PM High limits (one each zone)

· Conveyor speed range of 1.25”-3.5” per minute constant

· Product sensor on outlet end to stop conveyor if sensor is made

· Adjustable crank doors on inlet and outlet – Max height open of 21”

· Skid frame bottom support to raise belt to 36” from floor

· 2 zones- Zone 1 operating at 70C-100C +/-3C, Zone 2 operating at 100C-150C +/-3C

· Zone 1 45KW of heat

· Zone 2 60KW of heat

· Each zone will be controlled separately
