Continuous variable speed belt conveyor oven with a flat wire belt that has 1” x 1”openings. Oven has a 44” long loading area prior to the 21’ long heated section. Following the heated area is a 44” long unload table. The 10 HP belt driven circulating fan and package burner are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top – down pattern over the belt. Adjustable louvers are located in the top air plenum for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is also mounted above the work area.
Controls are located in a “UL” rated enclosure attached to the side of the oven. Honeywell UDC digital temperature controller, United Electric indicating high limit safety control, control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, exhaust fan, conveyor and heat are flush mounted in the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, relays are mounted inside the enclosure. Honeywell flame safety with spark ignition. A belt speed controller is mounted on top of the enclosure.
