Equipment Overview
Urschel QuantiCut Model Q Dicer – heavy-duty, stainless steel dicing and slicing system designed for continuous inline food processing. Capable of handling a wide range of input sizes (up to 10″), it performs precision straight slicing, strip cutting, crosscut dicing, and optional crinkle cuts with fast-change knife spindles. Includes 3/8″ circular and 1/2″ crosscut heads, 6-paddle impeller, and stripper plate. Designed for produce, cheese, frozen foods, and other industrial applications.
