– 30″ wide x 478″ long 25ยฐ straight incline conveyor. Standard duty formed 3/16″ mild steel frame, includes a metal free zone to accommodate an MD D 05 800 x 800. Conveyor includes a 10″ diameter vulcanized drive pulley with a 10″ diameter end tail pulley with an infeed guard.
– 30″ wide #53a 4-ply SBR belt with 2″ tall beefy cleats on 24″ centers, soft splice finish
– 18″ tall sideguards w/ UHMW skirting
– (2) heavy duty supports for a 50″ infeed and a 202โ calculated discharge height
– 2 hp, 230/460 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, gearmotor to provide 60 FPM Belt Speed
– Includes Discharge Chute, Hood and Bottom Covers

Features 6″ channel iron construction for vertical supports and cross beams, 1/2″ thick x 8″ wide base plates with mounting holes, and a 1/2″ thick top cover 96″ wide x 144″ long cut out to accommodate 48″ wide conveyor.
