Barnes DV4-28 Coolant Filtration System – 2020 – For CNC and Machining Applications

This vacuum filter was designed to support the following application:

Fiberglass Machining (but also rated to operate on Steel Grinding)
Water soluble coolant
To delivery 140 gpm @ 35 psi to the machine inlet.
Filtration level – 20-micron average when using only disposable roll media, 5-micron average when using cellulose on top of the roll media.

Conveyor/Drive: 1 HP motor w/ direct headshaft mounted reducer and prox switch overload detection.
Conveyor includes: CA-550 Chain with welded cold roll Steel Bar Flights
Chain pitch at 6’6″:

Primary Media System: Roll Type Disposable Media Ramp/Discharge

Outboard Media Wing with one (1) roll operating (no spare roll storage space).

Low Media limit switch detection.
