The FT36 extruder is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the production of
high-moisture meat analogs, essential for creating meat analogs with realistic textures
and juiciness. The extruder is engineered for production of HMMA extrudates with up to
60% hydration, from formulations of pulse protein isolates of various kinds: pea, lentils,
mung beans, fava beans, soy.
